Refund policy
Gothikco has a 30 day Refund Policy (from the date of arrival).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may receive a refund or replacement for the following:
- - The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- - The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- - The order went missing. Because some packages are delayed or held in customs, and therefore beyond our control, we require the package to be MIA for 90 days from shipping date before we will issue a refund for a missing package.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in the following conditions:
- - Items outside the above stated time-frame.
- - Washed, worn, used or misused items. Shoes must be unworn.
- - Items under the following categories: "On Sale", Gift Card, Lingerie, and Earrings are non-refundable.
To request a return, please reach out to us at support@gothikco.shop outlining the issue. You can also use the chat function to reach out. Please be sure to attach any photos that may show damage. We'll respond as soon as possible to make arrangements for refund or replacement. Please note: Refunds will be processed upon receipt of item, and must be received within the time frame outlined for the return.
